Term of Use
You're about to create an account on our server, so please read the rules below. They serve to ensure a smooth operation of the Server that all have good fun.
Rules are meant to be read. Don't say you never read them, because that will not save you.
Note:
- You are fully aware that may not require anything from server or GM's.
- You accept that L2BattleZone has nothing to do with your time wasted, money spent on lan's, the classes you missed on school, the days you missed in your work to play in here.
- You understand that you play when you want, where you want, how you want.
- You know that you must accept all the rules before creating the account.
- Be always respectful to GM's. Offensive language or continuous spamming will readily result in temporary chat ban or even jail.
- GM's are busy people, they attend to the whole server. Seek information through the website and the forums before asking a GM for it.
The rules are standard and MUST ALL be followed WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
Do not create your account without first reading the entire Terms of Use;
OBS1: Ignorance of the rules by the players not exempt from liability for not following them. The non-complaying with the rules will be penalized. This penalty will be assessed on a case, leading to loss of your account on our server..
OBS2: You are using this server as a privilege and not a right. Creating this account on our server you understand and agree to assume the risk of losing at any time your account, items, levels administration fault or not.
Regra 1: We not allow the use of BOTS under any circumstance. Or the use of any other program than the actual client of Lineage II, witch brings some benefit for themselves at the expense of other players.
Regra 2: Scamming is not allowed. Cheat players at a false expectation, bluff or fraud.
Regra 3: PK e permitido e incentivado tanto em grupo,
clan ou jogador de lvl mais alto contra mais baixo. Porem não
será permitido de forma alguma dar PK em cidades iniciais.
Provas como fotos devem ser enviadas com o mapa aberto ou ainda o
comando "/loc" na tela para que fique visível a localização.
Regra 4: Never ask admins/GM's for items or any other type of advantage. That means free ticket to BAN.
Regra 5: Keep a minimum of respect to the use of global or private chats. Offenses related to staff are considered disregard the rules.
Regra 6: Unfounded accusations where the clear intention to harm another player will be considered as disrespect to the rules. Also valid for forged Screenshots, edited with the staff to mislead and harm someone.
Regra 7: Choose well the name of your chars. Names containing bad words, insults, racism or any other wich is against morality and good manners will be delete, without the right to have back than on your char, This applies also to all those who use tags like "GM/ADM" in it's name or tittle.
Regra 8: Make it move by GM, both in game or out, is an attitude that takes immediate banishment. GM's use MSN or soulburst@l2battlezone.com pattern that can be found by the emails related on meny "BATTLEZONE STAFF".
Regra 9: Is prohibited to take any advantage of any BUG, or hide the fact from staff.
Regra 10: Respect others players, cut back the offensive language, as behind each char is a real person like you. Help noobs at least be polite at first. Being hostile to others makes them feel unwanted, so they leave. Nobody wants an empty server, right? What would be the tough guys without the noobs to be their prey? What fun would be a siege with 10 players?? Think about it.
Regra 11: National/Racial/Sexual/Religious offensive character names and clan names/crests will not be tolerated. This also applies to saying publicly offensive/racist messages of any nature. This will not be tolerated.
Regra 12: You are responsible for your own safety in the game, it is your sole responsibility to guard your login and password, the administration will not return anything in case of theft of your account. Never give your login and password for another player, including AMD's, GM's or any other person. Make sure the PC you use to play it's safe. Never run "programs" that promises to do miracles in the game, as they may contain a keylogger or trojan.
Regra 13: Fights between clans (Clans War), PK's, droped items the GM's will not interfere. GM's have impartial, zero corruption policy. Minimal in-game interface possible, meaning that if you are being killed over and over by some stronger guy or if your clan is at war and it is losing, don't buzz the GM for that. Instead, be strong and play hard, level your char and get good gear. Join a clan and beat your hated PK. Recuit friends, help them level, join an alliance and have your revenge.
Regra 14: The trading of accounts and/or item for real money is not allowed and will be punished with banishment for an indefinite period.
Regra 15: Zariche & Akamanah - Once you are equiped by one of these weapons is extremely forbidden kill any RAID BOSS. This will not be tolerated..
